The following regular training times are used by the Torbay Tigers Basketball Club for the 2009-2010 season.

We currently run two teams in the England Basketball National League in the RAF sponsored Under 16 and Under 15 Boys South West Conference Leagues. Each year the club's NL team entries may change depending on availability of certain age group players, squads may move up an age group in the following season or an influx of new players during the summer may influence club management decisions.

The YMCA Torbay Tigers Basketball Club meets regularly on Tuesdays and Thursdays at two venues catering for young people from the age of 7 years upwards, with progress through the club depending on age, physical size and ability, plus the personal choice of the young person.

Recreational Basketball at the YMCA, Dartmouth Road, Paignton is available on Tuesdays and Thursdays, whilst more serious basketball takes place at Churston Ferrers Grammar School on Tuesdays with matches on Saturdays or Sundays for England Basketball National League games.
